The quick set
plate gauging table facilitates repetitive type
punching and multiple hole locations in flat and
angle. This option eliminates individual part
layout.
FEATURES
The unit
comes with both plate gauging and angle gauging
guide bars. The guide bar rods are made from 3/4"
1050 round bar, induction hardened to RC 63-65 and
are chrome plated.
The
gauging table mounts on the machine platen table
without removing the punch attachment or die
block.
The table
and both guide bars have measuring rules. The
scale on the table is recessed.
All
models come with 2 left hand stops on the table
and 6 stops on the angle guide bar.
Table
extensions are available in 5' and 10' lengths.

for any model single or dual operator ironworker
or single end punch press.
